We approach spring: six principles of cheerfulness


You don't hurry to put on yourself a cross.
You and the worker — though where, and the wife — loving, and mother — understanding and if suddenly today at failure work, with the husband of a no comments and with children disagreement, so it simply the winter was tightened, and the spring was late.
It is possible to tighten, of course, habitual "The nature has no bad weather" and to try to cheer up last year's holiday photos, but an organism you won't deceive: it needs movement, freshness and hormonal explosion.
And, as the nature this year doesn't hurry to show to us let and bad, but spring weather — we will arrange themselves both movement, and freshness, and explosion independently.

Two principles of movement for cheerfulness:
1 . We begin movement early. The biggest mistake suffering from a winter depression — to try to cure it an uncontrolled dream. Lifting in six mornings — excellent means for spring cheerfulness. Superfluous a couple of hours which are formed at you thanks to early lifting, we spend for refreshing shower, a slow make-up and walk instead of a trip.
2 . We "move" instead of we "move". Come to two stops earlier, walk before work on foot. Leave the car in a yard — go down in the subway. Walk upstairs to office on foot. Haven't dinner at the computer — you descend for couple of quarters from office in cafe. And in the evening — all family on walk.

Two principles of freshness for cheerfulness:
1 . Have supper fresh greens and fruit no later than two hours to a dream. At night — food gram! In the morning — plus to nourishing porridge or fried eggs again fresh greens.
2 . Never you smoke on the way to work. If you can't refuse an addiction in any way — leave it to the working day, and morning spend in freshness.
Two principles of pleasure for cheerfulness:
1 . Each two hours smile not less than for ten minutes in a row. If you don't find a reason for a smile round yourself — come on comic sites into Networks, there is no opportunity to laugh on the Internet — remember something touching and certainly pleasant, doesn't help — simply mechanically stretch lips in a smile, it too helps.

2 . Always talk quietly even if you want to bellow or cry. It agrees: it is quite difficult, especially for those who got used to bellow and shout, but for the sake of disposal of a depression it is worth trying at least.
And here you will see: literally by the evening you will feel that the spring already came.
