Dangerously to postpone dream: we take measures

Define time after which you switch off the mobile phone and the computer. In an ideal it has to happen at least in two hours prior to a dream;
Develop and sacredly keep long ritual of withdrawal to a dream: relaxing bath with sea salt, srubs creams, the good book, long, abirritating combing in front of the mirror … One categorical "is impossible": any food before going to bed;
Agree with house that at this time nobody distracts you from rest;
You go to bed at the put o'clock even if it seems to you that you are vigorous and active.
In three weeks you will fall asleep without a uniform problem.
That's when you will complete all the affairs.
