The rights of smokers — whether it is necessary to protect them?

It self I don't smoke, but others smoking doesn't irritate, when it far from me. However, it is frequent and with a series doesn't irritate. But all non-smoking hold such opinion not.
Association of doctors of Sweden made the statement that smoking patients will be not done by operations, however, if operation isn't necessary for life salvage.
In the same time a series of influential public organizations of the country introduction of an absolute prohibition on smoking since 2025 and introduction of the program of a compulsory otucheniye of smokers demanded from their addiction.
As a result of 15% of Swedes, there are so much smokers in this country, appeared representatives of a new caste "untouchable".
In general such injustice in Sweden lasts 5 years, and began almost funny, the former lawyer living on a country house in the southern Sweden, filed a lawsuit against the neigbour smoking about the house, but on interfacing to the lawyer of the territory.  The lawyer claimed that the wind drags toxicant "exhaust" in its party, it is compelled to spend many hours of the precious life in a gas mask.

And such activity of conscious citizens brought the results, the number of smokers considerably decreased if in the 50th years with a cigarette it was possible to meet every second inhabitant of Sweden, today such 10-15%, for comparison according to Rosstat in Russia smoke about 31% of inhabitants.
Now undertook and the last adherents of an addiction. Hospitals of the country declared to them boycott. Since spring of 2013 of smokers will operate only at direct threat of their life. In all other cases on an operating table will put only the patients who have got rid of a cigarette.
Doctors explain that it is necessary to spare agents for aftertreatment of patients.  Statistically, smokers twice more often than other patients are subject to risk of emergence of postoperative complications.
"At urgent operation we demand the smoking termination on the eve of a surgical intervention, and at planned — the smoking terminations in six-eight weeks prior to its beginning. To the patient who has solved "to postpone a cigarette", moral and psychological support in the form of conversations with experts" will be offered thus — the Swedish doctors report.
